Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does the “Full Retreat Package” Cover?
Your Full Retreat Package covers your workshop fees, all of your supplies, and room and board (lodging and food). The only time we are not providing food is on Tuesday evening. This gives you an opportunity to explore the area and do some fun shopping and dining in town.
What is the cancellation policy?
A cancellation policy offering a full refund minus a $100 fee for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event. If you cancel less than 14 days out, there will be no refund.
Can I attend the retreat without the lodging?
Yes! Choose the “Day Rate” Option. This covers your workshop fees and your meals. You can then stay off site and travel to and from the retreat daily.
Does it provide travel to and from?
No. You are responsible for your travel to and from the event center.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets are allowed on the retreat grounds.
What if I want to stay on the site grounds with my spouse but he/she won’t participate in the art workshops? There is an option for that! First, select a standard double OR premium double package + PLUS select “Additional guest” for standard or premium. Your guest will have lodging and meals only.
Can you explain the difference between “Single” and “Double” Packages? Choose the Singe Package if you are traveling ALONE and are more comfortable staying in a single room by yourself on the retreat grounds. Choose the Double package if you would like to room with someone else on the retreat grounds. There will be a place at the bottom of the registration where you can leave specific information and request to room with a certain person that you know will be attending. If no extra information is provided, we will assign your roommate.
